Reservation Policies

Deposit & Payment

  • At the time of booking, a deposit in the amount of 50% of the estimated total will be collected. 
  • Deposits cannot be used as payments for other services.
  • Payment of the balance due will be collected at the time of pick up.
  • Prices and policies may be subject to change without notice.

Cancellation

Non-Holiday

  • If you cancel more than 48 hours prior to your reservation, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to show up for your reservation, you will forfeit your deposit

Holiday

  • Holiday is considered the three days immediately prior and three days after the Holiday.
  • A three night minimum stay is required.
  •  If you cancel more than 7 days prior to your reservation, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel between 2 and 7 days, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit.
  • If you cancel within 2 days or fail to show up for your reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
  • Payment of the balance due will be collected at the time of pick up.
